Shipping Information
Ready-to-Wear Corsets
All ready-to-wear corsets will be dispatched within 3–5 business days following confirmation and completion of your order.
United Kingdom:
Free shipping within the UK, excluding the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class (estimated delivery: 2–3 business days).
International:
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard (estimated delivery: 3–7 business days). Items sent outside the UK may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or local charges. Customers are responsible for checking and covering any applicable requirements in their country.
Bespoke & Custom Made Corsets
Bespoke and custom-made corsets are individually created according to the customer's measurements and specifications. These items will be dispatched once the corset has been completed. Please refer to the production information provided for estimated creation times.
Due to their personalised nature, bespoke and custom-made corsets cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns
Ready-to-Wear Corsets Only
Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear corsets within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The corset must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use cannot be accepted for return.
Bespoke and custom-made corsets are not eligible for return, as they are individually made according to the customer's measurements and specifications.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
